I work with people navigating the quiet weight of life: anxiety, low self-worth, body image struggles, and the slow erosion of self-care. I also hold space for those impacted by domestic abuse (DA), childhood sexual abuse (CSA), and intimate partner violence (DV) always with sensitivity, integrity, and emotional pacing.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>I offer space for grief in all its forms recent loss, long-held sorrow, or the kind that\u2019s hard to name. Alongside one-to-one therapy, I co-host a weekly Grief Circle, a gentle gathering where loss is met with presence, not pressure. It\u2019s a space to be with what\u2019s heavy, held in quiet solidarity.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>My approach is rooted in Person-Centred therapy, which means I believe in your capacity to grow, heal, and make meaning on your terms. I also draw from other modalities when helpful, blending insight, creativity, and gentle structure to support your unique process.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Whether you\u2019re feeling stuck, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed, I offer a space to explore what\u2019s heavy, without judgment.
